A new national reporting service for cyber crime and fraud has just launched.

Report Fraud takes allegations of cyber crime and fraud from individuals and businesses. All reports are reviewed and where appropriate sent to the relevant police force for consideration of further investigation.

City of London Police, as part of their national lead force responsibilities, manage the service on behalf of all policing - and they will also assess whether reports are suitable for investigation centrally, or can be used for intelligence analysis, and prevention and disruption activities.

Report Fraud replaced Action Fraud and the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau last month. To find out more, visit their website - search  "Report Fraud".
